Laser Metal Cutting Workshop
With our state-of-the-art 16 kW fiber laser cutting machine and experienced operator team, we perform precise and fast cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper sheet materials from 0.5 mm up to 40 mm. Our large 2000 × 4000 mm cutting area allows us to provide flexible solutions for different dimensions and part requirements. With project-specific parameter settings, minimum scrap, and smooth cutting quality, our laser metal cutting workshop serves numerous industrial companies, especially throughout the Marmara Region.
Press Brake Bending Workshop
At Efsane Metal, we know that press brake bending is a critical step for precision and quality in the forming of sheet metal materials. For this reason, our expert team with years of experience provides high-precision press brake bending services tailored to customer requirements. Our workshop is equipped with 160T 3200 and 4000 Sheet Servo Hydraulic CNC Press Brake Bending machines, which can flawlessly bend sheets of different thicknesses and sizes into the desired angles and forms thanks to their state-of-the-art technology. Through project-based bending planning and detailed quality control processes, each part is delivered within the expected tolerance ranges and with high surface quality.
Welded Manufacturing Workshop
In the Efsane Metal Welded Manufacturing Workshop, stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum sheet parts are joined by our expert team according to project requirements to provide high-quality welded manufacturing solutions. Parts prepared with precision in our high-tech laser cutting machines are joined using MIG, TIG, and spot welding methods to produce durable and reliable products. Through meticulous quality control at every stage, we deliver welded metal products that provide our customers with the advantage of long-lasting and trouble-free assembly.
Surface Coating & Painting Workshop
In the Efsane Metal Surface Coating Workshop, we provide your metal parts with a durable and aesthetic finish through electrostatic powder coating and oven curing processes. Thanks to our modern painting line and industrial oven, coating uniformity and long-lasting protection are guaranteed.
